Episode of Series “Judo”.
The first film in this series examines the fundamental aspects of judo skills. The principle behind throwing and grappling skills are shown and the basic movements are illustrated by two kinds of throwing actions, Taitoshi and Ogoshi, and the immobilisation Kazure-Yokoshihogatame. Filmed at the Renshuden Judo Academy, London.
