Papua and New guinea today, showing the terrain, people and customs; technical training of the natives; development of agricultural schemes and health services carried out by the New Guinea administration; role of the Twenty-First Construction Squadron of Royal Australian Engineers building new roads, providing electric power and telephone services, constructing houses, a jetty and an airstrip. A new road being built through the rugged Torricelli Mountain range from Wewak to Maprik.
