The attractions of the Northern Territory and the development of Darwin as a tourist centre. The tropical winter brings numerous visitors from the south. Anthropologists come to study Aboriginal rock paintings, crocodile hunters come in search of adventure, business men and tourists come eager to explore the by-ways of this part of Australia and to join the locals in their annual July Festival.
