Shows Malacca, a small port in Malaya with a long history, including relics of the Hindus, Muslims, Portugese, Dutch and British. Provides glimpses of the religious traditions brought by these peoples, as well as the ancient funeral ceremonies of the Chinese. Claims that Malacca shows how Eastern and Western ways of life can settle down tolerantly together.
