With an introduction by Walt Disney, this film depicts the development of rockets from the ancient Chinese weapons to modern missiles. Shows how humans may conquer outer space and establish a manned earth satellite. Presents the steps by which we will assault the space barrier and comments on the problems of “weightlessness” in outer space. Includes a clip from Georges Melies “Le Voyage a la lune”.
