A study of a dancer in which the dance movements follow, in general, the sequence which has, for several centuries, been in traditional training usage of two schools of Chinese boxing - the Wu-tang and Shao-Lin. Performed by the dancer, Ch’ao-Li Chi, the dance in this film is accompanied by music played on the Chinese flute and Haitian drums. No commentary, music only.
