Discusses the tole of the church in our modern society, and its attempts to find a new way in a secular world. The letters of Nazi martyr, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, form a basis for a new look church. Scientific development, increasing man’s power of construction and destruction has also increased his moral responsibility. Social injustices suffered by the coloured races are presented as the greatest challenge to the church and man today.
