Explains that Mexico is divided into three main regions - northern plateau, central plateau and coastal lowlands. Describes various occupations and crops of these areas, showing how they have been affected by the geography of the country. Shows the home life of a corn farmner who lives on the Central Plateau. Includes scenes of Torreon, Monterey, Zacatecas, Mexico City and Veracruz.
