Describes the work of Dr Raden Soeharso with his people in Indonesia as he endeavoured to help restore health and ability to work to the handicapped who were maimed and crippled as a result of war. Shows the rehabilitaiton centre built by Dr Soeharso and explains that with aid from the United Nations and other sources he and his staff are bringing new life to thousands.
