The development of the Snowy Mountains Scheme, through the eyes of an English air pilot who comes to work there. Sketches the history of the Scheme, and describes in more detail the building of the Tumut Pond Dam, and the vast underground T1 power station. Shows the variety of activities within the Scheme and several shots of the country from the air.
