Produced for the multi-national Atlantics Union Oil Company, as a film for schools, the film traces the use of petroleum products and their place in contemporary life. Illustrates the history of oil; formation in the earth’s crust; the search for oil (drilling); research facilities maintained by the oil industry; handling of oil products at Australian ports and terminals.
