The Outward Bound Training School and its effect on the student’s personality through the four-week course and its new and exciting experiences. The commentary consists mainly of the students’ own thoughts and words as they react to the many physical and mental challenges that they encounter during a course, giving them a deeper understanding of themselves and others.
