Research is the basis for new and improved products from the dairy industry. Experimental farms test new breeds of cattle, pastures and fodder harvesting and conservation. Shows milk production, butter making, cheese making, and the by-products of casein and malt, and considers the nearby eastern countries as a tremendous market.
