Aid to underdeveloped countries providing food and work for millions. To achieve this end in countries such as India, Pakistan and Egypt, centuries have to be bridged. Examples of projects undertaken include power stations, sugar refineries, cement factories, textile mills, and Rourkela, the largest iron and steel works in Asia.
