Episode of Series “Soviet style”.
The troika, which governs the lives of all working Russians is illustrated. The film shows the relationship between the Director, the Trade Union chairman and the Party secretary of an enterprise. The Director of the enterprise is shown at a coal mine, supervising his men; the Party Secretary’s influence aids the workers in a gravel washing enterprise; a Trade Union Chairman is seen at work at a refrigerator factory and shows her responsibilities. Cameraman, Dean Semler; editors, Tom Foley, Wayne Le Clos.
