Docudrama which explores probation in the correctional systems in the United States. Traces the entire probation process through the case history of an offender on his way to becoming a habitual criminal. Considers means and methods by which probation can be strengthened and made more effective. A sequel to The Odds Against. Stars Martin Sheen in main role.
