A Return to the Rocks

The history of Sydney Cove and the Rocks area, shown by means of sketches, paintings, photographs and dramatisations. The Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority has been set up to preserve the unique character of the area. Shows some of the Australia Day celebrations at the birth place of the nation. Narrated by Peter Gwynne and Tim Eliott. Written by David Whitaker. Cinematography John Fitzgerald, Oscar Scherl, Ian Stock and Foster Stubbs.
