This 1979 film is directed at meat inspectors working in abbatoirs. The film contains footage of workers in abbatoirs and close-ups of inspectors working on carcasses. It includes interviews with three inspectors about the accidents they suffered during their work and a discussion at the pub between a group of meat inspectors on the problems they encounter in their work and the safety precautions they should note.
