A coaching film demonstrating the basic movements and stokes in table tennis. Two coaches working with a group of young players show the grips and strokes and demonstrates training exercises in footwork, body movement and control of the ball. The various strokes of table tennis, footwork and other techniques, are demonstrated by international coach, Jack Carrington.
