Episode of Series “This Modern Age”.
Aspects of the work of Scotland Yard detectives are illustrated in an accident following a warehouse robbery and how the various Yard departments and other police departments work in cooperation. Traces the case through from the stealing of a car carrying a load of tea to the conviction of the criminals involved in it. Briefly shows the various methods of identification, namely, by fingerprint, by photograph, and on parade in front of a witness.
