Describes clearly the different road signs and their meanings. Divides them into four classes - regulatory, warning, information, and temporary devices. In the Materials Research Laboratory, C.R.B. head office, signs are tested for efficiency, durability and reflecting power. Stresses the need for motorists to recognise and obey the signs.
