Illustrates a Canadian Broadcasting Company radio session of which Allan Mills is compere. Three songs are presented: “The Farmer’s cursed wife” whom even the devil wouldn’t keep; “Barbara Allen”; and “Jack the sailor” who was swallowed by a whale. Animated puppets enact the story told by each song.
