Episode of Series “Speech”.
A group of adults, all talking at once, are involved in a discussion. Suddenly a voice calls the group to order and advises them on the correct way to hold a meeting. Parliamentary rules of procedure and the order of business are demonstrated from the first call to order to the final adjournment. Review of important features of meeting at end.
