The State Drive from Buckingham Palace to Westminster and the assembly of the members of both Houses of Parliament and the heads of foreign missions. The Queen’s speech from the throne, where Her Majesty announces to the assembled Lords and Commons the legislation proposed by Her Ministers for the coming year.
