The firm of Joseph Lucas Ltd organised a quality and reliability campaign during 1965-1966: this film is based on their experience. A lengthy introduction explaining the purpose and organisation of the campaign is given by the Chairman of the Productivity Council and General Secretary of the General and Municipal Workers Union. Shows in detail the implementation of the scheme and the results, which were voted a great success by both workers and management.
