The Bhakra-Nangal Project designed to provide a year-round supply of water for irrigation and hydro-electric power for homes and industry, consists of two dams across the Sutlej, one at Bhakra, the other at Nangal. This film records the work done by men and machines in an effort to complete the job before the specified date.
