Cinemagazine items: 1. Fundamental education - Mexico has developed a Fundamental Education Program which has resulted in the raising of living standards in the country and the establishment of a Training Centre for representatives from other Latin-American nations. 2. United nations stamps - On 24th October 1951, the United Nations issued its first stamp. This film shows the designing and printing of the stamps and points out their significance as they pass freely over all frontiers.
