The history of minting money in Great Britain. Special emphasis is laid on the work of Boulton, Watt and Murdock, and contemporary processes are shown in detail. The film has reproductions of ancient coins, with special emphasis on findings in Great Britain. The famous Maundy money distributed yearly by the King is also included.
