The race for global and spacial dominance asserts itself in the form of armaments and their destructive capabilities. This animated film’s symbolic message poses a frightening problem: Is there hope for peaceful atomic applications or are nations so obsessed with destruction as a token of aggrandisement that the call for peace is merely a mushroom-cloud transparency?
