Episode number 4 of Series “Emergency Resuscitation”
Intended mainly for first aid instructors but also of interest to first aid classes, the various ways in which a manikin may be used to train a class to perform both exhaled air resuscitation and closed chest cardiac massage are demonstrated by an instructor and his pupils. Care and maintenance of the manikin is illustrated as well as the hygienic precautions taken to safeguard users.
