Episode of Series “Anglers’ Corner”
Trout in the southern regions of Britain live in the gently flowing chalk rivers, finding plenty of food in the weeds and insects, so they must be tempted with the dry fly. We watch the angler waiting for the trout to rise after flies drifting downstream, then casting into a river in Berkshire. Underwater photography shows the fish - and the strike!
