Episode of Series “Union Representative”.
A new man starts work in a warehouse and is immediately approached by the union representative and told that it is in his best interests to join the Union. This approach offends the new man and he decides to seek another job. This film is an examination of the union delegate’s role and his manner in recruiting members.
