Demonstrates that although venereal diseases are the easiest to prevent there are more cases of venereal disease than all other communicable diseases combined. The two types of venereal disease and their long-range effects if untreated are described. Regular physical examinations for the sexually active persons are recommended and the role of sexual promiscuity in spreading VD is discussed.
