This film acquaints the viewer with a young man - Walter - who has been a paraplegic since the age of three. He is a self-sufficient and cheerful person living alone but visiting his adoptive parent’s home daily for an evening meal. A determined student of architecture at the community college, Walter is also an active participant in the wheelchairs basketball team.
