The importance of models in aviation is depicted, showing that although they give enjoyment to the enthusiasts who make and fly them, they also give very valuable training to designers, technicians, and flyers, both present and future. It shows how the crew members of today get their early graining, in many instances, flying models of yesterday. Various models from gliders to jets are shown, both on the ground, and in the air.
