Episode of Series “Small Business”.
Production problems in the smaller business are of two main types: getting the most from existing resources and gearing production for expansion. Both are examined and advice is given on meeting some of the special difficulties likely when mechanisation is introduced, on management controls, the use of charts for production planning and order processing.
