One of the most famous practitioners of Yoga today is Yehudi Menuhin who discusses its teachings and aims with David Attenborough. Taking part with him is his Guru (or spiritual teacher) who joins in the discussion and demonstrates some of the unusual exercises prescribed by Yoga.
