An introduction to the ancient science of Yoga. Yoga is the disciplining of all human powers - physical, metal, moral and spiritual. Then aim is not only bodily strength but health, stamina and mental awareness - qualities that people need whether at work or play. This documentary shows some Asanas which, if practised, can serve as a foundation of good health.
