A dramatised film examining the relevant life experiences of a boy and his sister who have gone through the “Welfare” system as neglected children, been given to foster parents, and eventually, through a series of incidents, end up in jail. Intended to help change attitudes towards welfare children and raise the consciousness of the community towards betterment of the child welfare system Cast includes Simon Burke; John Waters; Arkie Whitely.
