Keith Adam mounts an expedition to the source of India’s sacred river, the Ganges. Hundreds of thousands of devout Hindus make the gruelling journey from the hot, dusty plains of the Indian sub-continent to witness, for the first time in their lives, the terrifying grandeur of the Himalayan peaks which give birth to the holiest of all rivers.
