John Cleese plays four different Herberts - head office employees who have lost touch with the real world of customers and the company business. Ronnie Barker plays a long-suffering customer who is passed from one Herbert to another in his attempt to place a slightly non-standard order. Cast also includes Jonathan Lynn, Connie Booth, Bernard McKenna, Renny Lister. Narrated by Keith Barron.
