A young boy falls into his family’s swimming pool. When he is discovered the emergency service is called and saves the boy with the help of a local hospital. Then the narration describes the essential elements of a successful community emergency service including a common emergency phone number, well equipped ambulances and communication between ambulances and hospitals.
