Documents Commonwealth Government assistance to the Aboriginal people of the Northern Territory in 1960. Shows the contrast between the old aboriginal way of life, which is gone for ever and the new. Stresses the progress made over recent years, the difficulties of older people adjusting to big changes and how the children will be those to enjoy the new life.
