Management by Objective starts with an objective agreed to by supervisors and subordinates, with time limits. Concentrates on result, measurable and achievable The key is two way communication after manager identifies basic purposes of the unit and evaluation after the objective has been reached. Consists of cartoon drawings but is not animated.
