The 1964 Monte Carlo rally seen through the eyes of champion rally driver Vic Elford. With his partner David Stopne, driving a Cortina, Elford emerged from hazards of dust and fog, blinding sunlight and driving rain as winner of the touring category, with a class victory and a coveted Coupes des Alpes.
