Dr George Sheehan, cardiologist and marathoner, and other runners from many walks of life, attest that fitness leads to an improved self-image and a more productive performance in daily jobs and professions. A motivational film stating that a good level of physical fitness is essential to being able to cope with everyday challenges. Produced in co-operation with the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports.
