A young girl takes a clothing retailer to the Consumer Claims Tribunal claiming that her newly purchased jeans were falsely represented. The complainant, the trader and their witnesses give different versions of what happened at the point of sale. The referee has to decide where the truth lies. Based on a true story. Suitable for upper secondary level.
