A fantasy which employs fun-loving Hector the Cat to teach children road safety rules. Hector is a giant cat who lives in the botanical gardens and loves to play with the children who visit him there. He leads them in an assortment of colourful games, but comes to a bad end because he forgets his road safety rules.
