Shows a weight-training class, which includes both men and women ranging in age from 12 to 40. The instructor emphasises the need for adequate warm-up exercises such as running in place, jumping jacks, and push-ups. After each exercise is performed, animation shows the location and movement of the muscles involved and the use of those muscles is related to everyday activity.
