Episode of Series “Earth science series”.
Looks at the five successful American missions to Mars that have taken place since 1964, discussing how advances in photography have improved scientists’ ability to identify small features on Mars. Also discusses the work performed by two laboratories which have been landed on Mars to analyse soil, test for existence of life and record weather conditions.
